Who we are

wayhost.sh is operated by HAMDEK. For privacy inquiries contact support@hamdek.com.

Information we collect

• GitHub account profile and repository access when you sign in
• Server connection details you provide (hostnames, SSH credentials)
• Project configuration, deployment logs, and backup metadata
• Usage and error logs required to operate the platform

How we use data

We use your information solely to provision, deploy, back up, and manage Odoo environments on infrastructure you control. We do not sell personal data.

Your infrastructure

Odoo databases and business data remain on your servers unless you configure remote backup destinations. You are responsible for securing access to your VPS and cloud storage accounts.

Retention

Platform metadata is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting support; server-side data on your VPS is under your control.
